On the day of Holi, people play. They squirt colored water and throw handfuls of pink, red, mauve, orange, yellow and geen powders at each other.

Utilities compete for space above the streets in Old Delhi market. When I saw this scene I thought: “How the heck would you isolate and fix a problem, connect a new service or disconnect a customer in that mess, and, how much of that is legit or pirated service?” With these things in mind I wanted the “wire maze” in context to show the scope of the chaos and not just the maze.
